Proportional budgets
Each winning budget = total budget × winner votes / total winning votes. With shares 35, 25, 18, 12, 7 and 3, the top five normalize by 97, not 100. Integer dust is assigned deterministically.
Execution policy
Only approved routes may execute with deadlines, minimum outputs, oracle checks and impact limits. Thin liquidity can make a purchase unsafe. That candidate’s unspent budget remains in treasury and is not redirected.
Verifiability
Live buybacks must reference a confirmed chain transaction and identifiable source of funds. Demonstration activity never claims onchain execution.
