TWAB
TWAB = integrated eligible balance-seconds / epoch duration. Transfer checkpoints record cumulative balance-seconds. Historical checkpoints allow previous epochs to be read without iterating over all holders.
Eligibility
Protocol-owned excluded balances do not receive voting or reward weight. Contract wallets require explicit eligibility rules. Eligibility changes must be checkpointed; current eligibility cannot retroactively rewrite history.
Historical finality
Rounds use a finalized reference epoch. Buying or selling during a later voting round must not alter that historical weight. Same-block balance changes add no holding time.
